FlixFox App Terms of Service: Users, Families & Firestick

Welcome to FlixFox. By installing the FlixFox APK on your Android smartphone, Smart TV, or Firestick, you enter into a legally binding agreement. FlixFox operates as an Automated Indexing Utility and does not host, own, or upload the media content discovered through our search interface.

1. Legal Standing as an Information Intermediary

FlixFox functions as a "Neutral Content Aggregator" for the public internet. Our technology crawls the web to organize and present existing third-party hyperlinks for your navigational convenience. We do not exercise editorial control over the content of external websites.

We maintain "Safe Harbor" protection under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. As a passive intermediary, we do not host or store physical video files on our infrastructure. All media discovered via FlixFox remains on external servers governed by independent third parties.

2. Age Eligibility & Family Viewing

The FlixFox application is intended for an audience aged 18 years or older. Due to the uncurated nature of the public web, we enforce strict age boundaries to ensure responsible use of our indexing tools.

Users under 18 may only use FlixFox when a parent or guardian is actively present and responsible for all content accessed during that session. For Android TV users, guardians assume full liability for monitoring all content accessed in shared family living spaces. FlixFox is not liable for the nature of the content displayed from third-party links.

3. Permitted Use & Application Integrity

FlixFox grants you a limited, non-commercial license for personal entertainment. To protect our community and legal standing, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Source Code Modification: You must not decompile, "mod," or reverse-engineer the FlixFox APK.
  • Commercialization: Charging others for access to the FlixFox interface or reselling our utility is a violation of these terms.
  • Automated Abuse: Using bots or scrapers to overwhelm our indexing servers will result in a permanent IP ban.
  • Embedding: You may not embed FlixFox search results into other websites or applications for profit.

4. Installation Security & Official Source

To ensure a secure environment, users must follow strict safety protocols. Downloading software from unverified sources can compromise your digital safety and device health.

  • Verified Downloads: The FlixFox APK should be obtained ONLY from our verified official URL.
  • Sideloading Responsibility: By enabling "Unknown Sources" on your Android device to install our APK, you assume all risks associated with sideloading software.
  • Malware Disclaimer: We are not liable for data theft or hardware damage caused by modified or "fake" versions of FlixFox found on Telegram, WhatsApp, or YouTube links.

5. PC Accessibility Requirements

FlixFox is not a native Windows or Mac application. There is no support for Apple-branded hardware or iOS. Any desktop usage refers explicitly to the deployment of an Android Emulator.

We do not provide technical support for emulator settings. Users must ensure their chosen software (such as LDPlayer) is properly secured. FlixFox is not liable for system instability or software conflicts arising from the use of third-party emulation tools on non-Android hardware.

6. IPL & World Cup Streaming: ISP & Server Limits

We provide our search index on an "As-Is" basis. FlixFox is not liable for service variances during high-traffic periods or external network failures.

  • Live Event Congestion: During peak sports events such as IPL or ICC World Cup fixtures, third-party hosting servers may experience significant lag entirely beyond our control. Users should anticipate higher latency during these periods.
  • ISP Restrictions: We are not responsible for bandwidth throttling or URL blocking implemented by Indian network providers like Jio, Airtel, or BSNL.
  • Link Availability: We cannot guarantee that third-party links found by our engine will remain active at all times.

7. Legislative Governance & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and the Copyright Act, 1957. FlixFox respects intellectual property rights and acts as a conduit for information discovery. We do not authorize the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.

Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of FlixFox shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi or Mumbai. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that FlixFox is a technical intermediary and agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from your access to third-party content.
